Item Description
The Jeffrey Mine was the source of some of the most distinctive and magnificent quality Garnet crystals ever found. The rich orange "cinnamon" Grossular Garnets are celebrated for their unique orange color, gemminess, top luster and superb "textbook" form. This specimen host a few fine quality, sharp, lustrous, peach-orange colored, GEMMY, modified dodecahedral crystals of Grossular which measure up to 6 mm across elegantly sitting on matrix. The two main crystals are in excellent shape, but the crystal on the far left is contacted on the back. When backlit, you can see that several crystals are virtually WATER CLEAR! Jeffrey is finished, no more specimens will ever be found, so get these while you can.
