Item Description
The Jeffrey Mine has produced some of the most distinctive and magnificent quality Garnet crystals extant. These "Cinnamon" Grossular Garnets from Jeffrey are known for their unique orange color, gemminess, top luster and superb "textbook" form. This specimen is features good quality, sharp, lustrous, orange color, gemmy, striated trapezohedral crystals of Grossular which measure up to 6 mm free of matrix. The color is a bit more intense in person versus what's shown in the photos This material is no longer being found as the Jeffrey Mine is completely defunct and will not produce these specimens again.
