Item Description
Grossular Garnet are found around the world in a fairly wide range of colors. You'll see stones that vary from red to green with nearly every shade in between. Going back to the late 1990s, there was a discovery of some fantastic Grossulars in Mali, which still stand as one of the great Grossular discoveries in recent years. This material made a big splash on the market producing larger stones with strong colors. This particular stone has a beautiful greenish-yellow color with virtually eye clean clarity and a standard "Checkerboard Round Brilliant" cut. A nice bright stone for any Garnet collector
