Item Description
The Jeffrey Quarry has produced some of the most distinctive and magnificent quality Garnet crystals extant. These "Cinnamon" Grossulars from Jeffrey are known for their unique orange color, gemminess, top luster and superb "textbook" form. This specimen is features a few good quality, sharp, lustrous, orange color, gemmy, striated dodecahedral / trapezohedral crystals of Grossular which measure up to 8 mm and associated with Diopside on matrix. This material is no longer being found as the Jeffrey Quarry is completely defunct and will not produce these specimens again. Don't miss out on this Canadian classic.
