Item Description

A classic specimen of these well known Garnets. The piece features many attractive, sharp, dodecahedral "raspberry" color crystals of Grossular up to 1.2 cm on matrix from this famous locality that produced specimen in the mid-late 1990s. Good specimens are not common on the market anymore. These are some of the most distinctive Garnets in the world. Valued at $900.
