Item Description
Classic and sculptural OLD-TIME mimetite with accessory bonus wulfenite from renowned Mina Ojuela, of the most unusual coloration. Olive-green matte lustre bubbly botryoids cover the undulating 3-dimensional solid mimetite crust. From the 1960s finds, the mimetites were known to be accompanied by wulfenites and sure enough, a 6 mm water-clear windowpane is very aesthetically set in the middle of the piece. Glassy calcite rhombs and rhomb sections are an additional compliment and contrast. A very fine old Ojuela mimetite with wulfenite.
