One of a limited edition of only 300 copies, in mint condition; reprinted in nine volumes in 1986, from the original monograph of 1913-1927. Each volume hardbound in green cloth. A very clean set in a private collection until now. 2) A supplement of German-English, English-German Listings, prepared by Steven C. Chamberlain (1987), bound with a plastic comb binding.
