Bright, hackly, microcrystalline gold is richly scattered on the crest of the quartz-rich matrix wedge. This fine and rich ore specimen is further enhanced by colorful, purple/lavender, microcrystalline fluorite. An excellent, old-time and uncommon combination specimen from the famous Cripple Creek District. Ex Skip Colflesh Collection and acquired from Don Schmerling.
