Item Description
We picked this piece up in Tucson this year from Jaroslav Hyrsl, who travels directly to Peru to import minerals. He personally acquired this specimen from a miner that told him it was from near Casma which is a smaller sized city near the coast of Peru, about 330 kilometers northwest of Lima. The piece hosts brilliant little areas of crystalline Gold on Quartz and Limonite matrix. The piece is best seen under magnification. A notably hard to find locality specimen for any fan of worldwide Golds.
