Gold & Petzite (RARE old combo)

Gold and petzite combinations are RARE from this historic old locale. Clusters of bright leaf gold and spinel-twinned gold crystals are noted on both sides of the sculptural matrix in the discontinuous vein. A 7 mm cluster of micro metallic-gray petzite crystals is next to the 1.7 cm long cluster of gold in the aesthetic vug floored with quartz crystals. Choice and rare old-time combination material, probably dating to the 1800s, but no proof. Ex P.A. Matioli Collection, a noted Sao Paulo, Brazil collector. Value of such an old combination rarity???
