Item Description
A highly unusual and desirable gold on quartz miniature from famous Cripple Creek. Bright, hackly gold crystals, to 3 mm, are scattered on the very colorful and unusual quartz vein on matrix. Iron oxides have tinted much of the snow-white quartz pastel-pink or yellow! A very nifty combination rarity from the Charles Leavitt and George Elling Collections. Probably older material, but no proof.
