Gold on Quartz

Item Description

A nice thumbnail specimen of the famous Golds from the Timmins area in Ontario. No specific mine was given, as there are literally dozens of them in the area, but it was purchased from a reliable Canadian source, so we're confident it's genuine. Up close you can see the brilliant, metallic, leaf-like speckled quality of the Gold as it gently sits in / on slightly off-white colored Quartz. Very attractive up close and certainly a worthwhile pick up for a native elements collector, a Canadian minerals collector or somebody who collects thumbnails.
