Item Description
A 1.0 cm patch, with smaller adjacent patches of lustrous rich golden-yellow platy gold dominates the sculptural quartz-rich matrix wedge. Sparkly microcrystalline gold is peppered on the front side on this showy piece from recents finds at the Los Delirios claim, Soto Province, a most obscure locale in northeastern Santander Department, Colombia. There is only a tiny bit of gold on the back side. An exciting new gold discovery from a most unusual locale.
