Item Description
Here we have a very hard to find GOLD specimen from Bisbee, Arizona. Bisbee is obviously better known for its prolific copper production, and Gold speicmens are quite rare. This miniature specimen hosts some attractive micro groups of gold measuring to a few mm, sitting on dark grey Bornite matrix with metallic golden colored crystals of Pyrite/Chalcopyrite. We've photographed the piece with a Canon MP-E 65 mm macro lens to better illustrate the quality. If you collect minerals of Bisbee or native elements, this is something that is incredibly hard to find on the market, so don't miss out.
Ex Les Presmyk / De Natura specimen.
