Item Description
Five, amazingly different, sharp, 3-dimensional, complex hoppered, gold octahedrons are dramatically perched on the edge of a plate of intergrown flattened octahedrons. The bright golden luster shines like the sun! The discrete octahedrons are clearly evident on both sides of the piece, as are the embedded octos, that comprise the leaf plate. The specimen weighs 3.6 g but has such stretched-out volumetric appeal, beyond its mass. For the size, this is an exquisite Round mountain gold specimen from the now famous finds of around 2007-2008. Valued $1200-1500 easily, this is NOT a common quality, but rather is quite exceptional - and better in person.
