A GOLDEN 2-piece deal from the famous Mother Lode District of California! Two, LARGE, sculptural, flattened to rounded, river-worn gold nuggets with rich gold luster and color comprise this lot. The rectangular nugget has a sculptural, nubby look and the flattened nugget is beautifully leaf-like. A very cute duo. These are old-time nuggets from a lot, that I recently purchased. The current spot price for gold is over $29 per gram or $901 per troy ounce. 12 grams or a bullion value of over $348. Specimen value for these large nuggets is significantly more, as they are from the old California classic locale.
