Item Description
A hard to find polished slab featuring Gold associated with massive white Quartz, Sphalerite, Galena and Chalcopyrite from the famous Idarado mine near Telluride. A more than worthwhile specimen for a Colorado collector, or a collector of Gold specimens. This piece is from the collection of Brian Kosnar's and was mined in 1949 by Clancy Fleetwood (Brian Kosnar's maternal great-grandfater).
