Item Description

Goethite specimens are RARE from this old Norway mining district. Intergrown spherules of radiating, fibrous, golden-tipped crystals cover crystallized quartz lining the sturdy limonite matrix. Showy and rare, probably older combination material from the Bob Trimingham Collection.
