Item Description

A rarely seen pseudomorph from the Manuel-Mercedes open pit at the Cala Mines in Huelva, Spain. The piece features a sharp, well-formed, pyritohedral crystal of Pyrite measuring 3.7 cm which has been altered into earthy colored Goethite on the surface. From the collection of Jose Ramon Pastor Aliaga (#M.937).
