Item Description
Goethite pseudomorphs after siderite crystals are very rare from the Erongo and very aesthetic combination specimens are exceptionally so! A very sharp, large, nearly pristine, lustrous, flattened, rust-brown, pseudomorphed siderite rhomb, with nifty triangular faces has an amazing crown of gemmy aquamarines, lustrous black schorls, feldspar and small siderite rhombs. The back of the large pseudo is also essentially pristine and has many more schorls. The large aqua is about 1.8 cm. Nearly a floater. The attachment points were the broken schorls and feldspar. Very rare, very showy and possibly unique siderite pseudomorph combination material from the Charlie Key dealer stock. Value of such a rarity???
