Item Description
Pelican Point geothites are somewhat unique in the mineral world in that they have such incredible shape and form, that we love them even if color-challenged. This is from the major find of the early 2000s, and Rock Currier acquired it in 2000 in Tucson as they came to market. The specimen shows a complete and total replacement of the original pyrite, by goethite. It is a true American classic, though rarely seen today in quality.
