Goethite ps. Magnetite on Orthoclase

Item Description

Sharp, and very unusual, pseudomorph of Goethite after Magnetite, set perfectly on the end of an etched Orthoclase crystal. The actual pseudo is 2.2 cm across, with the original crystal habit clear and well-defined. There is some contacting along one lower edge and bottom, but it does not affect the presentation side at all.
