Goethite ps. after Pyrite

A fascinating floater specimen of goethite that has replaced (pseudomorphed) a spiky ball of crystallized pyrite, retaining its crystal form perfectly. The triangular form is repeated in small-subfaces all over the crystals. Beautiful things from the Egyptian desert! now I am told it is too dangerous to go get these, near the border with Libya
