Goethite / Hematite included Quartz

Item Description

This stone features dozens of red and silvery metallic Goethite / Hematite needles and "blades" inside of an "Oval Cabochon" cut stone of colorless Quartz. This material is sometimes marketed as "Melody Stone" and boasts that it hosts many different minerals, such as Cacoxenite and Lepidocrocite, but several individuals have informed me that this is not the case, and at best, the inclusions are only Goethite and Hematite. A very cool and colorful "inclusion" gem.
