Goethite (good quality)

Item Description

Goethite is found in a wide variety of environments, but typically as dull, grey masses. THIS piece however is a truly beautiful (for a black rock) specimen with very high, almost "wet" looking luster on the botryoidal / globular groups. They look amazing in person, and are a higher luster than I've seen for Goethite from virtually any locality. A VERY worthwhile specimen of this often forgotten species for collectors. Don't pass this one up, it's really good for what it is.
