A STRIKING and RARE CABINET specimen from the Wichita Mountains of Commanche County, Western Oklahoma. This very showy piece features four sides of solid, silvery-bright, platy, globular muscovite. I have not seen one like it from this locale. Muscovite is RARE from here. This is therefore not just big and pretty on its own merit but also highly uncommon, older material from the Mullane Collection. MUCH BETTER IN PERSON! This piece has EXCELLENT luster.
