A rare copy of the amazing folio of geology maps of the Rocky Mountains region, produced by the Colorado Geological Survey in 1972. Oversized, 21 x 17.5 inches ! This is in GREAT condition and has amazing maps! Shown is only a sample of the pages which focus on both geological regions and metal and ore deposits separately (including a fascinating chapter on uranium minerals in Colorado). 330 pages, approx 14 pounds weight, and 30 x 24 inches.
