A riveting, very aesthetic, 360-degree, vanadinite on barite combination thumbnail from Mibladen. Two, upright, on-edge, gemmy, tabular, brick-red, vannies are beauifully accented by smaller crystals and are aesthetically clustered on a matrix of classic, contrasting white bladed barite. The large crystal is 1.9 cm and all the gemmy crystals have brilliant flashes of yellow-orange. Excellent quality all the way around and the composition is outstanding. These specimens deserve more attention for being some of the most impressive representations of the species extant. From the major early 1990s finds.
