Item Description

The sharp termination on this attractive, large, twinned calcite crystal has beautiful and highly desirable gemminess and golden-amber color. The termination tip is pristine. A trivial bit of edge bruising and barely noticeable frontal contacting, with trivial bruising, are noting, but have very minimal impact on this fine example of classic Elmwood calcite from the Consie Prince Collection. The other end is contacted and has a bit of limestone matrix.
