Rich grass-green color, high luster and glassiness, a sharp complex pyramidal termination, interesting internal patterns and a preferential sprinkling of tiny lepidolites highlight this very fine gemmy tourmaline from this famous Minas Gerais locale. The interior of the base is partially retrograding, adding even more character. Essentially pristine. 11 grams mass. Classic older material from the 1960s to 80s. The crystal GLOWS, when backlit.
