A sharply twinned, gemmy, highly lustrous, olive-green, sphalerite crystal is nicely accented with lustrous black aegirine crystals and rests on analcime matrix on this showy and excellent combination thumbnail from a small find in 2005 at this famous locale. We just unearthed a selection of these from our recent move. Very few of these were combinations including aegirine. This style of Poudrette Quarry sphalerite is rare. Valued at $80.
