Item Description
A beautiful, sharp, pristine, 2.1 cm, twinned sphalerite crystal is aesthetically set on the sawed rolling matrix covered with sparkly drusy quartz. The highly lustrous gemmy crystal has rich red-brown color, that GLOWS when back lit! The 1.1 cm sphalerite is a cute side car and excellent accessory. Two mines in the ore field produced outstanding sphalerite specimens in the late 1990s and seemingly have all but disappeared from the market. They are now Chinese classics and are considered to be world-class sphalerite specimens.
