Item Description
Glorious, gemmy, yellow-green, sphalerite crystals to 2.1 cm are aesthetically perched on drusy quartz matrix on this very fine combination piece from Madan. This deposit is well-known for these very gemmy sphalerites and this is an excellent example. The large crystal has just a tiny bit of inobtrusive edge wear. Mined 1980-85, according to the fomer dealer label.
