A beautiful, sharp, lustrous, tetragonal, orange-yellow scheelite crystal with a striking, gemmy termination on this showy and excellent specimen from recent finds at Mt. Xuebaoding, China. The sidecar crysals add pizzazz. This crystal looks like a golden Great Pyramid at Ghiza! Complete all-around and very nearly pristine, with only super-trivial, barely noticeable termination edgewear. These scheelites are generally considered to be the finest in the world and this is a fine textbook example. Contemporary classic material. Super white fluorescence.
