A stunningly beautiful, gemmy, multi-hued cherry-red to orange, spinel octahedron from 2009 finds at this uncommon locale. The pristine floater crystal has extremely high luster and fabulous "roots" at the base that really accentuate the classic form of the crystal. The crystal GLOWS when backlit and has superlative, moderate, cherry-red fluorescence! One of the finest spinel crystals we have seen from anywhere. 41.92 carats or over 8 grams.
