Striking, variably sized, gemmy, olive-green, enechelon, tabular epidote crystals form a very aesthetic two-sided specimen from the Alpine-type deposits at Hachupa. The sculptural form on this piece is excellent. Choice, nearly pristine material from the Herb Obodda dealer stock. Part of the back, mostly out-of-sight tip to the tallest crystal is lightly dinged. Valued by Herb at $400, more than five years ago.
