Item Description

Knappenwand epidotes are certainly one of the great Euorpean localities and species. This is an excellent stout tabular prism. It is a gem crystal throughout its entire length and has rich clove-brown color. The well-striated crystal has extreme glassiness and very high luster. The termination is very nearly pristine, with only the most trivial of edge wear. Complete all-around and in very good shape. A bit of edge wear is noted, along with the bit of attached quartz. This remains classic and excellent material. Value??? MUCH, MUCH BETTER IN PERSON!!!
