Gemmy Epidote w/ Byssolite ex Obodda

Actinolite variety byssolite is rare from Hachupa. Striking and aesthetic opposing clusters of gem, olive-green, epidote crystals partially rest on a carpet of fibers of soft-to-the-touch, felt-like, byssolite. The small doubly terminated epidotes at the base are a super accent to the byssolite and the large epidote has a striking, tiered, skycraper look. Pristine. Beautiful and unique combination material from the Herb Obodda dealer stock and displays superbly from either side. Herbs label says Tormiq, but this is similar to combination Hachupa pieces, that we have offered in previous auctions. Looks like superb, classic, Knappenwand epidote, but is MUCH gemmier! MUCH, MUCH BETTER IN PERSON!!! Valued at $500.
