Item Description
Three gemmy and lustrous rich green emerald crystals are aesthetically set on the sculptural schist matrix. The glassy, lustrous, textbook, hexagonal crystals reach 1.2 cm and you can see the impression, where another larger emerald crystal once lay, adding character. This is a significant and classic specimen from this famous Austrian Alpine locale, that has produced the finest European emeralds. Probably older material, but no proof.
