Item Description

A dramatic and sculptural large intergrown cluster of doubly terminated and twinned calcite crystals with the highly desirable gemmy golden-amber terminations from the famous Elmwood Mine. The sculptural quality of the sharp terminations looks great from either side. In fine shape, overall. Both sides of the body are essentially pristine. Some of the terminations are pristine with some having trivial bruising or gentle cleaves. The attachment point is at the base on one side. These are certainly only modest detractions to this classic and beautiful older piece from the Consie Prince Collection. Valued at $1250-1500.
