Item Description
A beautiful, doubly terminated and twinned, large calcite with two strikingly different terminations from the famous Elmwood Mine. Gorgeous, desirable gemmy golden-amber color and luster of the large termination is contrasted against the multiple sharks teeth terminations of the other end! The golden termination tip is pristine with only trivial nearby edge wear noted. A couple of barely noticeable, gently bruised terminations are noted on the other end. The attachments on the back and base showy purple fluorite, sphalerite and barite. The piece displays beautifully without aid. Valued by the former dealer at $1200.
