Item Description
This gorgeous tourmaline has a fantastic rainbow of colors! The gemmy modified pyramidal termination is a beautiful cinnamon-orange. A gem 1.2 cm, teal-blue and teal-green section follows. Narrow straw-yellow and rose-red transition sections follow. The water-clear gem base is a rich cranberry-red and there's a gem nodule at the base. Pristine, except for a bit of bruising at the base. Elbaite is RARE from the Sapucaia Mine and this is an outstanding example. 23 grams mass. Older material from the 1970s or 80s. Ex Pala International Company Collection and was long on the display at the Fallbrook store. Valued at $2250-2500. MUCH BETTER IN PESON!!
