An adorable combination elbaite from this renowned locale from the Pala International Collection. Cleavelandite is embedded in the nifty, lustrous, frosted, pink, modified pinacoidal termination. A 4 mm, gem, light teal-blue zone follows. The body of the glassy, highly striated beauty, is classic, very gemmy, "Himalaya pink" underlain by a gem nodule of light olive-green. The 1.6 cm, translucent, pretty lilac lepidolite crystal with smaller lepidolites and attached cleavelandite plates are super accessories to this extremely fine miniature. Complete all-around and nearly pristine with only one small spot of termination and side wear by the cleavelandite on the termination. Excellent, classic and very aesthetic older combination material. 34 grams mass.
