Item Description
A 1.1 cm, textbook, tabular, gemmy/translucent, honey-brown bastnesite crystal is aesthetically set amongst a plethora of sparkly microcline microcrystals on granite gneiss matrix from the now famous finds at Zagi Mountain, Pakistan, peaking in around 2007-2009. The crystals has textbook hexagonal form for this rare cerium carbonate. It is from this find that redefines what the average collector can get for the top of the species. Ex Herb Obodda dealer stock. Herb valued this very fine combination matrix piece at $800, more than five years ago.
