Item Description
A gorgeous, gemmy, bastnesite crystal from recent finds at Zagi Mountain, Pakistan. The beautiful colors vary from rich golden-amber to orangey-red, depending on the light source. The crystal has textbook modified hexagonal form typical for this RARE cerium carbonate. These crystals have stellar intense color, gemminess, luster, and form. Complete all-around and pristine. This is an fine, highly representative and very gemmy example of this rare species. This find redefines what the average collector can get for the top of the species. The backlit photo highlights the beautiful colors and gemminess of this fine thumbnail. Ex Herb Obodda deaer stock and valued by hime at $450, more than five years ago.
