Gemmy Baryte xl w/ phantoms (Ted Bartels Coll.)

Item Description

Stunning multi-hued lavender edge phantoms are clearly visible in the gem termination above the striking black phantom on this outstanding barite spearpoint from the Northumberland Mine. Barite specimens from this mine are rare compared to Nevada's famous Meikle Mine and these barites bear a strong resemblance to classic English barytes, as the photos testify.
