Item Description
High-quality, glassy, Touissit anglesites are generally considered to be the world's finest and this is a most excellent example from the Larry Krause dealer stock. The three smaller crystals, to 2.2 cm, are supreme examples, being highly striated, water-clear, gem blades with pleasing amber color. The striking large crystal, at 4.3 cm, is also well-striated with gemmy to translucent areas and is a combination of lighter darker amber color. The three smaller crystals on the galena matrix are pristine, while the large crystal has a pristine termination with side wear on one side. Irregardless, this remains a significant smaller prepresentation, especially the three gem crystals, of this highly desirable species and noted locale. Valued at $900-1000.
