A striking, sculptural gem tourmaline combination from the Cruzeiro Mine. The limpid trigonal crystal has beautiful rich bottle-green color, very high glassy luster and well-striated, grooved prism faces. The dramatic darker termination is very dark green to black and the embedded pastel-pink lepidolite crystals add artistic pizzazz to the crystal. Complete all-around and nearly pristine, with only one bruise on the side of the termination, which is certainly only a modest detraction to this excellent, gem classic. Older material from the 1970s to 80s finds. 25 grams mass.
