Item Description

Two generations of gem spessartines are festooned on this dramatic large plate with a few muscovite books on this spectacular and excellent large specimen from the Paco Gutierrez Collection. The smaller and much more numerous cinnamon-orange crystals came first followed by the large, gorgeous cherry-red crystals. The largest crystal is 1.0 cm. Supplies of these have dried up. Valued at $1250-1500 for size, richness and quality.
