Rich smoky color enhances this beautiful, limpid, smoky quartz crystal from Switzerland. All of the faces are stunningly water-clear on this showy and glassy crystal. Some prism faces have nifty stepped-growth. Complete all-around. A few scattered bruises are noted on edges and the termination and the contact is mostly rehealed and partially regrown! These are certainly only modest detractions to this showy and excellent piece. Ex Howard Belsky Collection. A classic specimen of this varietal from the well known suite amassed by Belsky as a dealer and collector before his untimely passing in 1987.
